Lord Jesus mentored 12 Apostles and also Paul mentored Timothy and Titus. We call it disciplemaking too.

found in the Bible. E.g. Moses, Elijah, Barnabas, Paul, etc. But
the best example is the Lord Jesus sharing with His disciples all
that He had- His life and teachings and helping them to develop
into mature and useful people. Mentoring is more than teaching and Coaching. These are respectively, content-based and perforformance -focussed. In mentoring, the person's character building and enhancing life-values are the focus. 2. To send a message CD/DVD or book regularly to the Network members to encourage, edify and Equip for Effective discipling
3. To provide counselling and encouragement in the ministry of making disciples which is a challenging work today.
4. To plan, organize and sponsor disciplemaking conferences in cities and States all over India to train interested believers.
5. To extend practical support to the really needy Network members involved in disciplemaking.
6. To help gather or organize disciples into local 'True Churches' that make disciples and multiply as per NT pattern.
